CARDINAL TOOL SPEEDVISE – LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Cardinal Tool (“the Company”) warrants that the Cardinal Tool SpeedVise (“the Product”) is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser, subject to the limitations and exclusions described below.

COVERAGE

• This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

• The Company will repair or replace, at its discretion, any Product found to be defective.

• Replacement products or parts may be new or refurbished and are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

• Non-transferable
   

EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

• Misuse, abuse, or neglect

• Unauthorized alterations, modifications or use beyond intended design

• Improper installation or maintenance

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
   

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON SCREW AND HALF NUT
The screw and half nut components of the Cardinal Tool SpeedVise are covered by a separate One-Year Limited Warranty. For a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, Cardinal Tool will repair or replace, at its discretion, any screw or half nut found to be defective in materials or workmanship. This one-year warranty is subject to the same exclusions and claim requirements described in this document and does not extend beyond the initial one-year period.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
To submit a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide:

• Proof of purchase, a description of the defect and/or photographs or other documentation if requested.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardinal Tool shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
